At OPT Optometric Palm Springs, we take pride in offering high-quality, authentic designer eyewear. Because each pair of glasses fulfilled to order and carefully inspected for accuracy and quality, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

• All eyewear purchases — including frames and sunglasses — are final sale.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed, regardless of whether the eyewear has been worn or not.
• This policy applies to all in-store and online purchases.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your eyewear arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 442-268-9345. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
